My traditional food

My traditional meal is rice with chickin. We called it Al kabsah. We eat it everyday, and when some guests come to our home. Al kabsah is the one famous dishes in Saudi Arabia.
There is another one, a popular way of preparing
meat is called Al-Mandi. This utilizes ancient techniques
of cooking, first employed when man discovered fire. A
lamb or chicken, prepared with rice, spices and water is barbecued in a deep hole in the ground that is covered
while the meat cooks.
