How to sleep better at night?



Sleep is something that every human needs. The average adult needs 6 to 9 hours of sleep each day or approximately 56 hours of sleep each week. Even though we all need sleep, we may not get enough of it. Nevertheless, there are some things within human grasp that can help people sleep better at night.


Avoid eating or drinking anything 1 to 3 hours before bedtime. You have probably heard that eating after a certain hour of the night can make the storage of calories a lot easier. Eating and drinking right before bed can also cause interruptions during sleep.
